The minister noted that the Hungarian economy has accelerated its growth and is now “among the top EU rankings” despite the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

“All sectors except drought-hit agriculture contributed to this growth: industry, commerce, tourism, finance and the information and communications sector performed well. Work is the basis of the efficiency of the Hungarian economy this year, the number of employed people exceeded 4.7 million. , and unemployment hit an all-time high, approaching 3%,” Varga said.
